Positive Update:

He called back to today after reading my email and we discussed my issues. One issue with was a misunderstanding / miscommunication on both parts. At this point he is receptive to correcting any of the issues. He was very responsive to providing a positive end result. There is hope that things will work out and both parties are happy. COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY. It is heading back in the right direction.
