Default Miami classic boat storage info needed

Hey Guys!
I just sold one of my boats to a guy who wants it near his vacation place in South Beach. Easy enough at first thought, I know exactly where to send him if it were a performance boat but.........
The issue is that it's a 1953 18' Mahogany Chris Craft which is in museum quality condition.
Does anyone know of a REALLY good indoor rack storage place with people who can understand that this needs more attention than the average boat?

Thanks for your thoughts!

David

Do they store cats as well? I know some places have issues with needing cat racks etc.

I was thinking about taking my boat on the KW runs next year and leaving it until March. I would hope to get back down for the Miami boat show and at least one other week.
