there is alot of boat out there indeed. i have a boat currently and its almost the end of the season so im not in a huge hurry. a 40 or 38 is probably honestly too much boat for me at this point storage etc would probably be an issue. the 96 32' baja with twin 454 mags, and the 303 formula are both in the realm of what i am basically looking for

You're going to love the Baja. It is really clean, has a HUGE cockpit, has a brand new sound system, and the trailer is really nice. There is a lot of things to like about the boat. Especially for the price. I hope you end up with it!
