gonna be one hell of a shop Artie! a 400ss will fit in there pretty easily
let me know when you get to the point you need any other material..sand, gravel, before the concrete gets poored... I'll be glad to get ya what you need with no BS on pricing.

I'm with you man - I really would like to put some money in mine this winter (guages, interior leather, etc....) but this winter is the new Dock and Boat Lift. Got my permit working it's way though the system right now. Should leave me broke until next year this time, but well worth it - I'm even renting a 60FOOT excavator to do a little preventative dredging.

Artie, I'm about to start something similar but the "city" only allows an outbuilding totalling the heated square footage size of the house.
So... about to put an internal sliding door from the dining room into the attached garage with a secondary heat pump installed so I can knock down the 25 x 40 toy house and build a 75 X 50 foot shop out back.
You have no city restrictions like that? I'm sure you've checked but just in case?

johnny...dirt/overburden is something that is in my way and I'd love getting rid of it instead of moving it from where it is to another location on the property...that cost me a ton a year to do...if I could email it I'd be one happy SOB and would have the extra $$$ to get me a new rig, hell even build a new shop to store and maintain it too
