Help!! I have the Kleis Virus. Can Anyone Help Me?
I am a computer idiot. I have been battling this for a month now. I have NAV 2002 on disk but cannot install it. I have gone back and forth with the company I bought it from and they are no help. Real *******s to be honest. The next step is to take it in and have someone fix this at a great expense I assume. My E-Mail at work is [email protected] Use this to answer or this tread. DO NOT use [email protected] or you could be infected. I have a Gateway 700 with a celluron processor. It may not have the memory to install this. I want to upgrade but with cable internet it is fast enough. Is this the only thing I can do? I am locked out of most things now and cannot E-Mail from my Canon Zoom Brouser program. I need help please. Thanks in advance for your assistance. PS. I will pay for your service if we can do it over the phone or E-Mail or this tread.

Try here......it is an online virus checker. Check yes to the gray box and then after setup.........check "C" box for your hardrive locationa nd let it do it's thing. It will find the virus and you can have the choice to delete it or not. Naturally delete it..........and anyother viruses it might find. Then this will let you install NAV and then run that with the updates |
I had that same virus. Drove me crazy!! My son helped me get it fixed. i bought the symantec norton antivirus disc.
www.service.symantec.com or www.symantec.com 800-927-3991 or 900-646-0007 They e-mailed me something and I down loaded it and got rid of it. I think they called it mkleis32. Maybe that will help you, Good Luck! |
You've got mail. I sent you the fix from Symantec.
That should kill it. |
Even after I killed the virus, it has messed up my computer so badly, that I am thinking of replacing it. It is some bad juju.

Cuda,
If the virus screwed up the system, find someone who can do a re-format and re-install of windows and your programs. I do computer stuff for a living and have run into this many times. Mongo |
Had it also and used Symantec- no problems since then
