Did they put any kind of clear on the trailer after it was polished? Aluminum will oxidize pretty quick just sitting around... Either way it's sweet!!! Nicely done.

Looks F-ing amazing Rich, you're making the rest of us look really bad!

I love the polished trailer, but after owning a steel Myco and living on the shoreline, it's a PITA at times to avoid saltwater with it... I can't imagine having to avoid water all together! Although you could do what I do and just keep the boat away from water and that solves the problem!

Looking good, I can't wait to see it in person next season!

We decided not to clear the trailer for a few reasons, one of which is it would affect the shine. Also clear doesn't really want to stick to polished aluminum and would flake over time. I can easily touch up the trailer with polish or bring in the professional polisher if I see any real oxidation since I didn't clear it, but if I had cleared it the clear would eventually flake and that would be a PITA to fix.

Thanks everybody for all the great compliments.

Scott, the only thing making you look bad is the fact that you're not using your boat!
