Nothing concrete there. I heard that the new diesel would be available in the 03 model trucks but the dealers don't have any details.
I also heard the new body style Superduty would be available as an 04 model to be released in November??

Spoke with a guy that does technical writing for Ford,he said they were out in Colorodo testing the new Powerstroke. They had it, a Duramax and a 7.3 Powerstroke, the new one tore both of them up!New 5speed automatic too!He said it is even quieter than the Duramax. He said if you like the 7.3 you will really press fabric when you drive this.

I heard that the new 6.0L PS's should start production sometime in November 2002, making for a mid-2003 availability. I think they're dubbing it the 2003.25 model line. Nov. '02 will also be the last of the 7.3PS's....

Troutly, do you buy or lease? I'm seriously considering a new SD when it's new vehicle time (May); the way I see it, I'll probably go with a gasser if I lease, but I might consider a PSD 6.0 if the cost is not too prohibitive and I'm buying the truck. The maintenance and hassles from the cold weather seem like a lot of work, though...
