Puder didnt u just get that R6 just a little while ago
I still drive my 95 gsxr 750 but only in the late evening
when the traffic die's down, I just can give up the speed addiction. When I sold my vette to afford a boat thats when the motorcycle became the speed crutch! until I can afford a 80mph+
boat Im keeping the bike.
I use to ride to work and back but too many *******s late for work or people rushing to get home nite. just not worth it
sorry I didnt see u isnt going to bring back your life.
sunset and sunrise are the worst times to ride cause the other drivers get blinded by the low angles of the sun

yep i got ita few months ago. Its fun. I like it, but I can't say I love it. I love runnign my boat and I am seriously considering acquiring a formula car to in SCCA event. I love driving cars. The bike was just a "quick fix" while my boat was inoperable. I will always keep my dirtbikes and quads though :D

Dear David:

I said a prayer for your friend.

I lost a dear friend in a motorcycle accident about five years ago - Tony Perry - the crew chief for Joe Sgro and the Fever race team. He was riding an antique motorcyle on the Medowbrook Parkway and the chain snapped. It was a freak accident. His son Anthony races the 30-foot Superboat "Dirty Cash" in the APBA P class.

DJD--anyone from town?--that sucks--i almost checked out in 1990 4th of july--seven fractures to my skull--broken sinus wall--orbital eye rim--a steel plate and a wire in my head--3 1/2 months out of work and i'm better than new--not much street riding now--alot of mx riding now--as a matter of fact bought a new cr250 sat.

Not cool to hear stories like that, especially when it was not his fault! I went down on a sportbike in '90, helmet saved my ass! (and my head...) Have had two Harleys since, have a 2000 Low Rider now, really nice... but I am selling it as of last week. Just don't have the time to ride any more, (rather be on the boat in the good weather). I am gonna miss it as I do love to ride, I think deep down my wife is happy that I'm getting rid of it too. If anyone is looking for an EXTREMELY nice Harley... lemme know, it needs a good home, and I'll make you a great deal! Digital pics. available...

I wish the best for your friends recovery...:(

Damn John! I didn't know that happened to you. That must have been a painful recovery!
I don't know if you know him but its Andy Fisher. He lives in a gorgeous house on Byram Shore Rd.
Mabe you do, he had an M5 and an M3 in the past few years. He also has two VERY nice yachts, one called "Eskimo" which is usually at the Greenwich Harbor Inn or whatever its called now.
He responded to a few questions over the weekend so hopefully, the head injuries are not as bad as they thought

Dave,

Glad to hear your friend is looking better. I agree with mcollinstn. I have been riding since I was 7. I raced MX for may years and am thinking about getting back into it. I also ride street bikes. I have had several sport bikes as well as cruisers and am looking at getting a Harley. There is just something about it that you cannot explain. Best wishes to your friend for a speedy recovery.
