If you're talking 525 EFI I don't think you're going to find anything in that range. But Phil at Lipship Performance just took in some trades and has a few boats up for sale that aren't on his website. Have your friend give Phil a call, I know he has some boats in that price range right now.

Lipship 305 933-9988

Anyone I know Artie? I agree with Tim, any 525 boats in that price range are probably going to be pretty rough. Might find a decent 500 efi rig though.

I know that its a price thing. I don't know how much + is there. jmeng I'm not sure if You know him. I will say David is His first name. Don't think I should put His full name with out asking first. He's lurking on hear I heard. I do like the 500 hp motors but there is alot to say about the fresh water cooling on the 525s. It's that time of year so lets see what We can find. Thanks Tim I was going to call Phil. Johnny bough He's 03 from Him an I was there. He was easy to work with an did a stand up job getting the boat ready. Artie

No worries, you're welcome. Phil's a great stand up guy. I've been dealing with him since 07 and bought my last boat from him. He did a lot of work on my 42 Tiger before that. And I just don't see or get that kind of service any where from anyone, for anything, he goes way above and beyond. He does have a 93 TopGun right now for less than what your friend is looking to spend. He's in the process of rebuilding the engines, is putting brand new, not rebuilt but new gimbals and XR drives, new swept back style, new exhaust system, new steering hoses and indicator cables, basically that engine compartment is going to be new by the time he gets done with it. He's replacing a whole host of things, better to call him and get a list of new parts because I can't remember it all. I just saw it two weeks ago, nice boat. But like I said, give him a ring because he's always got something up for sale that never makes it to his website, usually because it get's sold quick. Phil prices things right, prices them to move not sit on the lot. Anyway, good luck...
