If someone had a reasonably reliable boat (something in the 35-42 baja, fountain, nortech, outerlimits ect. range with 500's, 525's, 600's ect.) and not quite enough money to go this would be a good way for them to go on the run. Get several people on here that want to go and if you figured the total boat cost and split it evenly. (truck fuel to get boat to miami, 1 night hotel on way to miami, fuel for boat to key west, fuel to island on saturday, fuel back to miami, truck fuel back home, 1 night hotel on way home) From anywhere in middle of US or closer would be around, $600 diesel each way, $100 hotel each way, $600 boat fuel each way, $400 boat fuel running around in key west and out to island. total expenses: around $3000. split that between 4 couples $750 each couple.

Your other expenses are going to be hotel in South beach $250 one night each way. hotel in key west $300 per night, food and drinks ect. $150 per day. total extra expenses per couple not counting way to miami $2,500

Total if you had to fly to Miami would be around $800 flights, $750 boat, and $2500 expenses. $4,050 You could do it for a little cheeper or alot more money, but this would be a nice trip.

That may be alittle off, I dont drink. I was thinking $25 breakfast, $45 lunch, $10 snacks, $70 dinner. when I said food and drinks I meant just meals, not drinks and entertainment. Just like shopping, drinks could be not much to the skys the limit.

If I cant get a ride down to the Keys, if I could bum a ride on either a 37 Active Thunder or 39 top gun I would appreciate it, Preferably with 525's. I think I have narrowed it down to one of these two boats.
