Possibly I am wrong but this does neither look like a Chris Craft nor like a Scorpion but like a Pantera 38R.
Opinions please:

It was built by Scorpion in Miami then by Condor.

I have seen 2 different 38' Panteras, one looks like a Signature, the other like the one in the link above.
