Default Mystic Tapped to Build Fast 60-Footer

A more elaborate version of a speedonthewater.com story, which includes an interview with the design, from boats.com, http://speedonthewater.com/new-boats...60-footer.html.

With a boat of that size, I would imagine those big diesels will haveZF or Twin Disc Transmissions (or any other manufacturer that is capable) with the joystick technology (transmissions-drives -bow thrusters working in unison) for ease of operation-docking.

That boat will be the mega-rich's play toy....

Would it be fair to say this boat would compete against Magnum Marine and Nortec sport yacht, along with maybe some sunseekers and pershings etc?

Thats what I was thinking. If turbines were best suited for this type of application they would have been used already.

Not really impressed so far
