Default 2000 Fountain 38LT – Face Lift

Ever look at your boat and wonder what you can do to modernize the look? Here are a few prime examples that are very cost effective and practical for your weekend warrior. These are the areas we will focus on:

Interior Accents
Gauge Bezels
Cockpit Carpet
Sunpad Accents
Exterior Graphics

As you can see from the start, the boat is very dated:

Interior / Sunpad Accents – This process starts by fully cleaning all surfaces that will be spray dyed with a primer, followed by a Topcoat color of your choice. This method is inexpensive when compared to a complete interior reupholster, and offers the same rich color as new material. The dye stands up to wear and tear like any other marine material.

Cockpit Carpet – Can be custom made / colored to fit any boat, no matter the style / brand. Marine carpet also comes in many different ‘weights’ that determines how dense the carpet is. Logo’s and custom embroidery can be added as well for a personalized touch. For added comfort, padding can be added to the base of the carpet.

Gauge Bezels – These can make or break the look of the helm. If the Bezels are faded / corroded, they will give a very unappealing look. Livorsi Marine offers Bezels in many different colors / sizes / and angles for those looking to fine tune their dash setup. Bezels are very inexpensive and add character to the dash.

Exterior Graphics – Can be created by Painting or Wrapping. For this particular project we went with a wrap and choose to recover the existing graphics. Wrap material can be made in just about any color, metallics and pearls as well. With a wrap you also have the ability to combine graphics and make your own custom canvas exactly how you want. Wrap Pricing is based on the size / complexity of the project

Great job...it's amazing how you can dye the upholstery like that. Nice work!

Looks Great Alan.
Would you mind sharing the product used to color the vinyl?

Here is a shot of the dash! As for the product used, we have a company that sprays the interior with a specialized application and dye process. For the do it yourselfer's, you can purchase aerosol 'dye' products from a local paint / body supply store.
