Condo Available for the Miami Boatshow
I know it's last minute for the boatshow travelers, but got some friends who have a nice condo on the water approximately 8 blocks from the convention center who are making it available to anyone interested and probably for less than the hotels are charging per night. From what i understand it's 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with kitchenette, TV etc. including a fold out couch. I has a view of both the beach and street.
If interested or know someone on the hunt have them call Owen at 703-200-4536 or Rich at 757-201-1332.
Also I understand there's a wine fest down there next week if interested in staying beyond the boatshow.

Damn I really wish this would have come up sooner.
We got a place and it's close but nothing really nice. Any clue on the rough price range?
