Jacksonville, FL Sites?

I'll be attending a conference in Jacksonville, FL mid March. I'll have a late afternoon and a couple of evenings free. What recommendations does everyone have for sites and/or evening meals/haunts?

The landing isnt to bad, thats where all the festivitied are for the PR... Not sure what else goes on at other times.
