Default opinions need on 2 boats

i am looking at 2 boats and would like your advise on both.
boat1:1997 formula 271 with 454 mag,camper canvas,and trailer with about 350hrs fresh water only.
boat2:1997 baja 272 with 502 mag, trailer with about 360 hours all fresh water.
what one would you go for if both boats are in same condition?also i will be doing most of my boating on med-large lakes.
after looking up nada on both boats for a guide i was very surprised that the baja out booked the formula by about 4,000.

all opinions and input would be great.

Formula all the way!
Some bajas have a hook in the hull

good luck with the purchase!

+1 for the Formula and I actually like the baja 272, but for the same money I would get the bird.

If the formula is a much better boat why does it book 4000 lower then the Baja?also how much more would you pay for the formula?
