All of this depends on what kind of boating you want to do and where you do it at....As you said there's plenty on the market and a lot of them are good in their own ways I can give you all the advice you want when I know the parameters!!!!

Stay with major name brands in boats and motors, whether still in business or not, because of parts availability and familiarity to dealers and mechanics!

Good deal here I think.

$69k, 35', 1500 HP, new and well done INT and lighting, and a clean boat all around. I know it is not the fastest but should be stout and a wave crusher.
