I agree, good chance the driver did not even feel that. We can't just assume this was a hit and run and all people are bad. It does not take a lit to rip a plastic faced bumper off a truck today. Even most chrome bumpers are now made from light gauge steel that dents and tears easily

Possable they didn't feel the hit. They did leave some tire rubber on my rf wheel.
I am super paranoid about clipping something with my trailer I watch in the mirrors and go slow. I used to have a 30' travel trailer that made me paranoid cause it had alot of tail swing.
I pushed the bumper cover back on(mostly) it'll get by till I get to fixing it myself. The guys that come to the dealership to fix bumpers and paint can get me a bumper for $50 just gotta paint it. A new bumper cover from Mopar is $200 my cost.
