next closest boat ran 145.8 mph. conditions were kinda dangerous at the finish line thus the low speeds.

Thanks guys. We had a blast and will certainly be back next year. Hopefully, word will get out and we can get a few more boats show up. It was a little windy down at the end. We were running into a 20-25 mph headwind that was getting the boat a little light right at the end. Here is a pic right at the finish line at over 160. Nose was a little too high for my liking

Not sure Wobble. I haven't heard of any postings online. As mentioned, the next closest was an MTI with (I believe) 1350 Merc at 145 mph.

You are lucky you didnt blow over looking at that pic.
Havasu had 35 in the shootout.The DCB with 1350s ran 161.
Next year maybe these 2 events will be staggered -that way you guys can hit both.

I was interested in "Gone Again" as I expected it to put up a good number, been watching and listening as they were dialing it in these past 7 or 8 months, just heard from them that they did not get to make a pass due to conditions.
