Acid stained concrete today. Clear high gloss sealer tomorrow.

You guys need to go over to The Garage Journal Form if you want to look at garages. There is 200 pages of garage builts over there. My garage is 48x105x16=5004 sq ft.

Building cost was $25k, Slab was $13K for 6" Erection cost was $7k plus electrical
