Default Old lenco tab wiring..

Looked at the diagrams on the Lenco site. Its all modern stuff, I have old 95' stuff. trying to replace switches and trouble shoot. I have new basic tab rocker switches, the Lencos have 2 wires of each cylinder.. Im guessing one wire to each pole on the switch with a hot lead to the switch. Is that correct?? how does the system ground??? Thanks.

Thanks for looking, I got it.... having a bad actuator can really mess up your wiring attempts
