A buddy of mine has a 28 Ultra Cat and I was impressed with the cabin. decent headroom and I'm over 6 ft., plus under seat storage.

if you like the look of a custom boat,I really have to point to eliminator, not the biggest cabin space but sweet ride, good speed per hp and awsome looks.I have a 2000 daytona 25 with a 500efi that runs mid to upper 80's on a completely stock package. It thrives in 2 to 3 foot wind blown crap.4 foot and above it spends too much time in the air to be real comfortable.

You might consider a 26 Carrera Cat. The boat is very solid and will run 100+ with 850hp. In typical afternoon chop it rides better than a 32 V and depending on power will outrun just about any V. The boats are a little heavier than the HTM's, but seem to be more solid. There is lots of storage under the deck, but no seating. My boat weighs 4,000# with 80 gallons of fuel.

290PQ,

If you are looking "around" the 24' size don't forget to see http://www.awesomepowerboats.net

The 260 might be just what you are looking for.

Who the hell cares how much space/room there is in the cabin? If you buy a Cat, you want to go fast, not sleep or ??? Go for a AO 26' or 31' you can't go wrong for the $$$.
