Just putting it out there.....
If you get tired of the bs, I can connect you with the right company to fix the dock issue. Bunch of rednecks.....licensed.....insured.....100% legit. Start at 7, stop at 1....start at three, gone at 6. Piles driven, not jetted. Two carriage bolts at each pile.
On my side, we have recently adopted new guidelines that put the city out of the circle. All goes through Army Core and DEP......a real *****...."but you can't half way your way through it.

They have built 5 for me alone. I would not think of going elsewhere. In one case, the guys drove a pile to bedrock at 3' below base. The other soundings showed 12+ ft of base before solid. Assuming they would all be this way, they were shocked when this one hit bed. Long story short, they removed it, used a cutoff from another and credited me 150!
