Default 1996 31' Scarab - Good/Bad?

I am currently looking at 96 31 Scarab. What are all your opinions of this boat? How does it ride, compared to other boats of similar size I may consider (29 outlaw, 311 formula SR1, 29 powerquest enticer). I do most of my boating on the bay of Green Bay where 1-3' foot chop is normal can get 5-6' on rougher days. Also what type of speeds could I expect to see? Any benificial information is appreciated. I did some searching and but didn't find exactly what I was looking for. Also, what would you say a fair price is (I know its tough with no pictures)? I've seen the boat on the water and looks very well maintained/clean. Specs are below:

96 31 Scarab
Twin 454 Mag(385hp) EFI 375hrs
CMI HEADERS
standoff boxes
hydr steering
12000lb myco trailer
