Hey dude!

Started work yesterday. I haven't found anyplace to stay just yet. I'm camped out at the Motel 6 at exit 29. It's clean, but cheap. I'm still looking for a place to live. South Haven has the blueberry festival going on, so I'm not having the greatest luck. I can tell you one thing, the water is bad ASS!!

Well, I'm about 70-80 miles away from you. I would check out the apartments complexes on Lake Michigan if you want to pay a little more. Go into St. Joe and find Lakeshore Dr. and you find a few complexes right along the lake. There are about 3 or so of them right a long the lake there in St. Joe.You'll find most of the guys launching their boats down at the DNR launching ramp. My boat still isn't done. :(

Anyway, I am extremely busy with business but here's my cell number if I can be of any help or answer any questions. Glad you made it----and that you like it thus far!

Thanks for the welcome again. I'm going apartment hunting this weekend. With all the tourist stuff still going on, I might have to camp out in a motel for the time being. I was hoping to find something in South Haven considering its so close to the job site. It looks like I'll have to wait till after Labor day weekend to find something there. I would rather wait and fins something nice than to rush things considering there talking about me being here for year. We'll wait and see what happens!!


I might give ya a ring sunday and see whats up.

If your not busy with work, you might want to drive north to Grand Haven sometime this weekend for the Coast Guard Festival. There will be alot of OSO'er hanging around having fun:D
I'm not sure of everyone's schedule but I am sure there is a thread going about that already. Heck, I'm not sure when I'm going to get out on the water this weekend yet :confused:

Anyways, good luck on finding a place to hang your hat!!
