Default VIDEO: TCM Speedster INDY Surface Drive and Aerator Kits in action!

http://youtu.be/pPDNQzSHpE0
Check out the TCM Eliminator 28 Speedster, equipped with TCM 825's and Ilmor INDY drives, tearing up the California Delta. Special emphasis in the video on the performance and function of the TCM Propeller aerator kits, available for all major surface drives on the market. Notice the assistance the aerator has on shifting and idle performance, as well as planing out on tall propped tall geared applications. Also, for those of you who havent seen surface drive gearcase video, this will illustrate the "surfacing" in surfacing propeller!

Enjoy!

We have not developed one yet... although our experience with the Merc NXT drives would lead me to think that it might not work well on the SCX. When we modify Merc 700's and eliminate the drive pickup in favor of a TCM Adjustable pickup on the transom, we have to weld up the old water pickup passage hole up into the drive, or the air in that passage will cause severe cavitation and juddering while getting on plane. The NXT's and SCX's are both already a little bit "buzzy" getting on plane, most likely because of the larger lower gearcase creating a bigger hole in front of the prop than the SSM6 or 8 or INDY....
