That is a great boat Rat. One of my favorite intrepid models. Most of these - intrepid, contender, oceanic, rampone, were stretched versions of the original 233 - 26 Formulas. It wasn't until the mid 90's that Intrepid developed a different hull that was more original and less far attractive IMO.

cool, thx for the info. i like the 4t outboards. i imagine they last a lot longer than the 2t's and a better on gas. i am going to try to buy this one. im going to call the owner and see how many ours the engines have on them......

im also bidding this scarab 302 which is on the chesapeake bay which is brackish water... you can tell the owner took really good care of the boat...

I think the Intrepid is a better boat. The scarab isn't worth more than 30k tops.... although I have to admit every boat I've bought from that part of MD has been a true pleasure. Something about that area. My fav' was a 33' Powerplay from Deale, MD.

Food for thought. There's a great deal on a 32' Seacraft (this would be my pic) for around 38k on Boston CL.

Good luck man,
