Shelter, Block, Martha's V. & Nantucket run
Doing an island run over the next two weeks....Shelter, Block, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.
Maybe I will see Sean, Ozzie and Ken blasting by me. <gg>
Any one seen whether the Ram's Head Inn has had free mooring buoys lately? What about overnight berths/moorings at the other islands at the major harbours? Lighter or heavier overnight traffic than usual for August?

Nantucket will likely have moorings but no slips. The slips are REAL expensive anyhow. Last I heard it was 14 bucks a foot and you had a 35 foot min. The moorings are ok as they will come and get ya in the launch. You can even anchore and get launch service. One of the evening operators is Chris Mackey. If you can get in touch with him tell him you Know Jon Herbster and he will hook you up as best he can. He is a real good friend of mine.
