At 3000-3300 I can only get 35-37 mph. I think first thing to do is send my props to the shop and make sure I know that they are were they should be. Could you loose 10 mph if the leading edges had some dings.

Thats a lot more boat than what I'm pushing. I don't spin up the 25p at all. I can give the go anytime from idle on up with no spin.
posibly you should look for more bite with a four blade.

Russ , Interestingly enough I will spin my 25"Mirages getting up on plane unless I drop the drives all the way down:confused: :confused: Perhaps I have a slightly higher X dimension. This could account for some of the difference in speed. You would need some MAJOR dings in the props for a 10 mph difference
