Thry are just one of those boats that never struck a cord with me as far as looks go.

Nothing wrong but nothing great....something about them to me where my eyes just keep right on moving when I see one

I know a boat in the water, sorta odd considering that's where they belong. It's pulled frequently to get gas and bottom cleaned plus the bottom has matching white two part epoxy paint. Very few marinas allow lifts in this area and there are no rack storage building also I'm in my late 60's and way beyond all the b/s involved with towing a boat and storing a boat on a trailer. The water in Lake Michigan is cold and the bottom gets stained but no growth. About 15 minutes with some cleaner and it's white again. Also the stringers and transom are fine.

The working on issue I have heard of as well. I do plan on all basic upkeep being done by me so I will have to really take a hard look around the hatch area.
well I dont usually sit when I drive my boat but do on occasion,,,,I am 5'8" and never noticed a issue seeing over the bow when going slow,,
as far as the engine room,,,I say its no better or worse than any other boat of its size with twin big blocks..at least the 32 Fountain gives you almost 2 feet of free space from the pulleys to the firewall

The engines are really tight - hard to work on.

Other than that it's a great boat but soon you will wish you had bought a 35 - which is a much better boat and is just as fast with the same power.
This.

Yes you can. But apparently the trailer needs the boat on it to take the weight off the hitch.

Launching is a piece of cake, but retrieving it is a different story.
