Another Boating Death

What the he!! is going on this year? A lady was killed on the DElaware River yesterday when the boat she was riding in hit a buoy. She was thrown overboard and apparently was hit by the prop. The news media is calling it a "speedboat accident" but it was actually a 23' Bayliner.

Just saw channel six news, they said the driver/husband was drunk, had three of seven kids with them, no life jackets, hit a buoy, wife thrown overboard and boat ran over her. Drinking and boating KILLS!!!
