What a gorgeous boat. Will contact you by the end of the week. Thanks for sharing the link.

I've looked at 382's, 38ZX's, and PQ380's, heck even a few 43BT's I'm looking for stand up room down below and head room. Cockpit is last concern, mostly because we cruise and sit for the weekend. The ZX has a wider cockpit with the 9'6" beam but the steep sun pad does pose a issue. I'd stick with formula if I was 5 feet tall

Swim deck slope is not that bad.
I was at Pier 57 and looked at Donzi 38ZX, Formula 382, Cigarette 38TG, 42 Fountain. They all have some + & -'s. Ended up with 38ZX due to looks, cockpit space and cabin headroom. We don't sleep on the boat but its nice to be able to use the underside without being hunched over. May seems small but a nice thing the 38ZX has is the refrigerated cooler chest with drain in the galley.

Well for certain this is going to be a process that will really need to be well thought out. I realize now that getting the wife and kid involved as much as possible will make this easier. Nothing worst than making the wrong boat purchase. Thank you all again for your input. This is really helping me with what to focus on for us.

Does anyone know if the 38ZX sold or if he just stopped listing it?
