I put a set on this spring. Anyone else notice that at idle the flaps make a horrible noise. Kinda like a rattle but LOUD. I did a full throttle run and came to a stop. I was letting it idle for a couple minutes before I shut her down and heard what I thought was my motor knocking!
I was freaking out. Popped my hatch and it sounded like it was at the top of the motor. I told my brother to hit the silent choice so I could hear it. Noise dissappeared.
Hit the switch again, came back. Then I remembered another post where someone had stainless marine tips and pulled their motor because they thought it was knocking. Any one else been scared?
