Every time I see and read the title to this thread I laugh that the two words "boat and budget" are even in the same sentence.

I throw EVERY one of my receipts away.
built my boat from bare hull. Its 99% done, everything is paid for and ive got no clue what ive got into it. Too much. .... but it doesn't bother me as much if I can't see it in black and white
Out on a limb I'd guess 40 to 50 + labor
lol
