I called Fountain yesturday to make sure I am getting all I can out of my 2001 27 Fever 500, in a 1 mile run. They said I should talk to Jeff, so they put me through to him. Extremely nice and informative person. I am going to apply his advise today or tomarrow, and see how much gain in mph I get.

I would say that is good customer service

I have had great help from Jeff too. Good luck with the gains.

I have never been able to get connected to Jeff when I call and he has never returned any of my calls. I have been completely discouraged by their customer service. I just had a question that needed a 2 secnd answer. I didn't want to take up a lot of his time or have him take up my time by gabbing. I just needed a quick answer. Never got it. Nothing against Jeff. I have not been able to talk with him to tell if he is a nice guy or not.

I never had any luck with any of that bunch. Your Fountain is supposed to be run before you get it in order to optimize the performance of your boat. This comes from both Jeff and Reggie. My experience has seen the opposite. After continued trouble with my drive line I was fortunate to have my boat at Lake X. Aligments props, every BASIC thing was off. Good Luck

Can you give us an update on your boat?
How did everything go at Lake X?

Just picked it up on the 15th. They gave me 90 plus lbs of bent shafts that were installed in the boat. They dialed it in and I drove it to Martin Marine were it is now.

Is someone getting their boat set up for the shootout at LOTO?
