What poker runs did you attend in 2013, your favorite and why
I am trying to plan my 2014 schedule and am curious what runs others attended and which were your favorites and why?
I will start
Chattanooga
Powerboating for a Cure Norfolk Va
Lake Lanier
Thousand Islands
LOTO fun run
Moorehead City NC
Miaimi Boat Show Islamorada (rode with a friend)
New York (rode with a friend)
I had a great time at all of them but my favorites were Islamorada and Norfolk…..I liked the layout of both of the runs because the docking keeps everyone together, the lodging was easily accessible, various water conditions, and for the most part everyone hung out at the same bars……both of these venus have wide open conditions where you can run as hard as you want and not put others in jeopardy

I only did the Buffalo Run in 2013. I would highly recommend it. 102 registered boats, everything went smooth, no hassles. Marina, launch and restaurant all in the same place. Cabs to run you downtown for after party. Security guard for the trucks and trailers. Most importantly, great people, and food. Reasonable $$, and you get 2 dinners out of it, and a helo for pics. The mist in pic#3 is Niagra Falls.

Been trying solidify my 2014 schedule as well.
2013--
Islamorada-FPC
Havasu- Desert Storm
June- Texas Outlaw
July- Lanier
August- Destin- FPC
August- LOTO Shootout
November- Key West-FPC
All together we spent 41 nights on the road at events and traveled 19k++ miles. Nobody can say I don't support the sport, boatless or not.
Lanier is my favorite. Best "event". Not the best run for length or speed, but best all around for people, resort, activities etc. all for an amazing cause(s).
The video and picture coverage is awesome as well.
2014 adding Tickfaw in place of Havasu and hope to add Cumberland.
In 2013 I went to 4 race events as well. Probably try to do that again.
