had insurance with them 12 years ,filed claim on oyster bed on botom of boat ,had a ajuster come up from la. did not want to pay claim, 6500.,told them i was filing a bad faith suit ,they didnt care, filed claim with the state of ms insurance commision,this got their attention , they can pull there lisenesn to do busness in the state of ms. went to court with the commissioner andthey ended up they paid more in the end than the oringal quate, it took over a year for the process they were not going to pay, this is not the hole story but just to top of it,will be glad to go deeper with you and name all the bastards,no telling what it cost them for the adjuster to come up here 4 times and 32 page survey?
