Default Paul Pfaff racing engines

Do they still build engines? i have a friend out in California that wanted to get his engine rebuilt in his boat and wanted to up the hp to around 500 hp so i told him to give paul pfaff a call..he said that the guy on the phone was helpful but he also said that they dont build engines anymore due to the fact that the mfr's of the parts wont give a good warranty anymore so he just hung it up.. or is it because its not a 50 thousand dollar racing?

You can look at the Pfaff/Baca page on facebook, and they are constantly in new production of engines. https://www.facebook.com/PfaffandBaca
