That photo I posted was from a year or two ago. I just posted it because it looks the same,(same pace boat) but Mike Merola realized that the JEM boat didn't race this year.

Anyway, from that photo, how can you say someone was in front of the pace boat??? The yellow flag is up until the green comes out. So... you let the other boats get on plane and catch up. The yellow can stay up for a half mile before the boats are lined up.
