the CMI's are done on a priority super gee whiz top secret mandrel bender that eliminates pieced together welded headers. These are cut/fit pieces. Nit a bad lookin header, I'd give 'em a try for that price.

For some more money you could take them to a shop and have them powder coated and then the welds wouldnt be all that noticeable anymore.

They look pretty good to me

once i bought an exhasut system for my Ducati , it cam directly from Ducati Corse Italy cost $4000+ it had all the welding on the out side like these .
in italy this Ducati exhaust system are a master piece because they say you can see the craftsmanship wellding .

For the price I would try them. CMI needs the competition along with all the other over priced marine exhaust manufacturers.

Talked to Rich @ XS about a month ago about these. He said they were they were made from 321 stainless. That is not a cheap stainless to buy. Are you the same person who posted these over on performanceboats.com in the forum ? Just asking.
