I'm a snob from HELL on the water!! I won't let anything less than a 40MTI or Skater tie up next to ME! HAHA! JK. I really don't care what your in, as long as your boat is full of scantilly clad hotties and you have cold beer! Kidding on that too! My maiden voyage in the 32 Victory, 10 minutes after I launched, I was pulling in a stranded family in a 19 bowrider! Poor folks had been trying to wave someone down for hours! I figure "Hey! I'm in a BOAT!!", life is GOOD!!

I have met a lot of nice people on the board and I think you will find 99% of the board members are straight honest people!! As for what boat you have does it really matter?? I have had boats that are 100k plus I have had boats that are less than 10g's I have just as much fun on both!!! This year I'm going back to the old school boating running a Scarab III and I'm just as excited as I was when I had the high priced boat fact of the matter is I don't really think most people care what you have just get out and have some fun!!!

I could give two ****z on what type of boat someone has.
Boaters should all just be damn happy there was enough cheese left in the wallet to buy boat gas, after we have takin uncle sams beating with the tax stick.

By no means was I implying that the bigger boat owners wouldn't help out a fellow boater who needed it - more like people just assume that the ones with the not so expensive boats are just weekend warriors and don't have the knowledge that the others do and are not taken serious at times !

I think it's like the guys with the smaller boats are assumed to be young kids - I'm 45years old and love the boat I own - I don't have a ton of knowledge like most but I know enough to keep me from having to take it to a shop to keep it on the water !
