BBlades Customer Service
Late 2012 I lost a prop shaft in lake Cumberland so I up graded the shafts, purchased a used prop and sent the remaining prop and the used one to BBlades to have them matched and do their magic. When I receive the props back in the spring of 2013 they did not perform near as well as before. I didn't want to be without a boat so I just lived with them for the summer. This winter I called BBlades and the lady told me they have a 60 policy to rework and they weren't in that 60 days, I said It didn't mater I just wanted them fixed and didn't want to go through what I did last summer. The end of the story is, I receive my props last week, they rework both props and sent them back without charging me a dime. In my opinion that's great customer service and shows what kind of company they are.
Thank you BBlades

wow, maybe I should do the same, they worked both my sets of props and on the first outing with the Hydros I knicked them so never really got a chance to 'test'
The Bravos really never made much of a change over what was original Just lived with it
