LOTO Shootout - Condo w/ Covered Slip

A friend backed out at the last minute. I have a two bedroom condo available at Parkside Place, near the Grand Glaize bridge. A covered slip is also reserved. The slip is in the no-wake area of the bridge. The room is reserved for Friday and Saturday nights at $190 per night. The slip is $15 per night. Send me a PM if you are interested.

Pretty sneaky ...... or should I say, sly?

(yes, this was an obviously unecessary post intended to bring the thread back to the top) ;)

What will the weather be this weekend??
What are the chances of getting a room with a slip once I get down there???

Frequency 08-20-2002 10:47 PM

Your local Accuweather forcast:

You may find a room at one of the motels on the strip. Finding a covered slip is doubtful.

The brokers we use (Five Star Vacations) are trying to rent the condo. If they are unsuccessful, it's out of my pocket. If I can't find any takers by Thursday morning - expect a Fire Sale! :D

Why would I need a covered slip??
All I think that I would need is a room with a slip.
Looks like it might be cool at night so maybe I can just sleep in the boat.

Wish I didn't live so far away:( I'd grab it! Sounds nice:cool:

Ooops!

Sorry Tinkerboater, didn't see your last post. Guess you could get in at a restaurant slip each night, and you're good to go - for free! :) :)
