Buying a new truck, demonstrator discounts?

I'm looking at Ford F-350's ..... they are offering $6000.00 off sticker on all the 2002 Superduty's. The also have a demonstrator with 1500 miles on it. Should there be addition dollars off because of that?????
I think yes, Ford sez NO!! What do you guys think?

Yes there should be. It all depends how much the dealer wants to write it down. After who want to buy a truck with 1500 miles for the same price as one with 1500. Just make sure the options are the same. Different options have different % of mark up on them

typicaly a dealer will not go behind invoice on a truck even if it is demo. they might not make a "new" one down as much to make the demo more apealing. If you would rather step up to a Dodge let me know. I have a million of them

Blown Formula,
Can't go wrong with the blue oval, what do you think all of us KC guys use to pull our stuff?
If you want a DODGE then call me, my best friend is a factory rep for them and I have seen some pretty good numbers!

Both the new truck and the demo truck cost the dealer the same. Ford Motor Co. doesn't care that one has miles on it, so there wouldn't be any additional monies from the manufacturer. Now if the dealer wants to mark down the demo more then a new truck, that's entirely up to him. It only makes common sense that he would have to reduce it more then a brand new one, but not more then a couple of grand.

If you have the exact specs on the truck, I can tell you what it cost the dealer and what you should pay. I only need the year, model & options.
