Looks like Donzi customer service has been great to everyone except for the guy that decides to bash them on the internet.

LOL :D

I own a donzi and obviously this guy doesnt know how to handle himself in the proper fashion in order to get wheels turning.but it seems he got the boat back and its still screwed up?

am I not correct when i read this?

I think donzi should tell this guy to go screw himself..

not every customer is right....

especially one who makes a internet war over there boat.
maybe thats why it still isnt right after getting it back... they figure this guy screwed up sales by at least 5-10% so SCREW him.

I know many of you will look at my post and stick your nose up at me and walk onto your $100,000 plus boats and with an atitudes saying thats not how donzi would handle any customer..

no offense..(im jealousof those $100,000+ boat owners)

but how would you handle a customer of yours that kept kicking your shop regardless of what you did?

the boat he bought was a demo, the dealer went out of buisness.

obviously the hull was a lemon.

I see why donzi wouldnt destroy the hull and give him a new one.

becasue the cost was to high. maybe if it was a 2000 donzi.. but not a 1996.

everyone makes mistakes....

ahh what do i know........

on a side note, I had a eliminator body board, and it said on a piece of paper that if you let the board sit out in the sun with the bottom into the sun the bottom would turn into a "orange peel" surface and it would be faster..

wouldnt those blisters make the boat faster?

less friction and all?

hmm time to build a mold and find out.

Looking at the pictures of just the red overspray is enough to chap my cheeks. If the hull was warrenteed, The Factory should be responsible for fixing or replacing it. Not the dealer. He didn't build the boat, just sold it. Sounds like they did a bunch of extra stuff cuz they couldn't fix the defect correctly. If I was told it was going to be gelcoated and got paint, somebody would have gotten hurt.

Well Donzi get an ATTA BOY, I wish more boat manufactors would follow suit, my next boat just might be a Donzi:D

I have met a few customers in my days and blister boy seems to be one of them, no amount of help or perfection done to satisfy them is NEVER enough, seems like he has too much time on his hands, maybe that tells me that he needs a blowboat!!!!

Donzi getts an Atta boy in my book!
:D

It's just like dealing with an insurance company on a claim. The first word out of their mouth is NO.
