I simply wanted to thank all of you for your support. It has been a very difficult week for us. It has been a long time since I have been on the board. It was a wonderful feeling to read all of your replies to Joe's thread. He is in Corpus now and I am still with my family. I look forward to getting in the water again soon. My dad raised me on the water. I won't become fearful now. For those of you who were at the house after the St. Clair race...THANK YOU! My dad just loved entertaining you and showing you around. He was so happy to have you all there. I am so glad we did it. Chris and Terrah...thanks for making it great! I feel like I may have depressed you now...sorry. On a lighter note...I can't wait to put the smack down in Grand Haven!

DRE keep your head up and the thoughts positive. Try to remeber the good times and happy thoughts. Sounds like time on the water is the right therapy for you!!

No need to apologize for sharing your feelings. Most of us on here have lost someone close to us and I know it helps to talk about things, I lost my father six years ago. Keep a positive attitude and when back on the water remember only the goods times. Tale care
