I haven't got the new name stickers cut out yet, but I did remove the old name. If you name your boat "wastin' away" you probably aren't very orginal and want extra attention from the water popo

I know it says "Sail!ng" but this is a good list for the renaming ceremony. I renamed several boats with no ceremony and had bad ju-ju. The last few we have done the ceremony somewhat loosely and have had great luck with the boats. And there is drinking involved so how bad could it be?

I did the biggest ceremony i could find online. Bubbly and wine to a bunch of the gods in all directions. Sunk a piece of metal with the old name. Didnt speak of the new name in presence of the boat. Covered the new name until it was time in the cermony. It was fun and now a good memory. Havnt had any bad luck but did get a new top speed a couple weekes ago. Im not really superstitious but i wasnt taking chances.
