28 Cigarette

Doe anyone know who ownes the 28 Cigarette w/500 EFI's w/Prochargers that was at the LOTO Shootout parked at SHooters on Friday afternoon. I need to ask this guy some questions.
Wisonsin or Illinois registration cannot remember.

I believe thats Rons boat. Not Pro Chargers but Ill let him tell you about them. The number above is correct.
