Oh and i will have to call Bs on the WS-6 runnin low 12's......come on now ........You would have to be a pro stock driver to get that car to turn those times......
Let's put the numbers together.......almost stock Ls-1 with a stall convertor.......and full exhaust..........No gears.......maybe it's puttin 320 to the ground.......be honest here........if you're gettin low 12's from this set-up I'm sure GM wants to see your car.....!....especially a 98.....
My 85 GT has TFS heads, healthy cam and 3:73's withfull exhaust with Cheater slicks.....on 8 inch ten holes.
And I turn low 12's.read 12 teens.and mine throws 380 to the tires......and is noticebly lighter than a TA......
On the second note.......I have run many a WS-6 and SS and even with off road exhaust the term not even close comes to memory.....two of these cars I have SEEN run high 12's.....oh and 6-speeds......
Now if you were running these times with a good cam then that's another story.......You'd just be a good driver....

Unfortunately, this is a BB. It's lots of fun to see two guys talking about their cars, and neither believes the other. If you're in person, all ya gotta do is line 'em up. On this BB though, it's all just typation. I made up a new word.

Nah.....I'm just bustin balls.........in all reality I'm lookin at a 97 TA 6-speed leather t-tops......good miles.......and You wouldn't beleive the price..... try $6500 on for size......only problem is it's silver....

Shorgasm... screw that LT1 mess (no offense to the LT1 owners) as it will be no way near as fun or powerful as the LS1 stock for stock. The LT4 doesn't even have it against the LS1!
But hey, for $6500, I'd jump on it and use it as a nice trade for a 2002!

You know what's funny.......your trap speeds are low.....but next to the 60' it explains it.....very odd for a LS-1.....

Dude im telling you the LS1 is a lot of FUN to drive
the converter is all the 60' time
and YES this is with 2.73:1 gears in the rear axle
NO nitrous, NO supercharger
Just drag radials, tq converter and a real itchy gas pedal foot!!!
