Sell spectator tickets for a spot on the Battleship. I'm sure Mike Lund at Borden Light would be a huge help. If I'm not mistaken, isn't he on the City Council?

The race is being run out of Bordon Light Marina. Mike has already met with Smitty of OPA. Mike is working out the logistics of running the race along with the poker run on the same weekend.

so is blm/tipsy prying open the safe to pay opa to come to town, or just spearheading the fundraising? Justice curious.

If it happens Ernie try not to make it the same weekend as buffalo and 1000 islands poker run. I'll call you tomorrow.

I enjoyed racing there back in the day !

I even made the local newspaper with a story titled "Speed vs Power" with the image below.

It was ironic that it had nothing to do with the race but actually on Photography . Speed of the shutter and Power of a Lens ....
